Cherished by our family for over 30 years, this stunning 11th-floor beachfront apartment in New World Condotel is now available. Recently renovated in 2025 for comfortable long-term living, it offers breathtaking, uninterrupted ocean views from every room. The condo is conveniently located just across the road from Mae Ramphueng Beach, allowing you to easily enjoy the sun, sand, and sea.
Situated in one of the few tall buildings on the beach, this property provides a unique and tranquil coastal experience.

Yes, we offer cleaning services to ensure your apartment stays fresh and comfortable throughout your visit. If you require additional cleaning, you can order it from the reception for a fee of 300 THB per service.

How far is Merimokki from the beach?
Merimökki is conveniently located just across the road from Mae Ramphueng Beach, allowing you to easily enjoy the sun, sand, and sea.
Please note that occasionally, due to the tides, the beach may receive some plastic waste from the sea. The local authorities have a tractor with a rake that they use to clean the beach when needed. However, this process may take some time, and not all areas of the beach may be attended to immediately.
